Our Holiday Community Outreach

As the year came to an end we completed some community services where we gave food, clothing, gifts, toys, gift cards, and fed the community.

We get a warm feeling inside, it’s one of the things that really taught us that giving is better than receiving.

So don’t wait for the next Christmas to try to learn these lessons, if you can take the time to prepare a meal for someone less fortunate than you.

The staff and committee at Black Lives Matter Help Us understands the importance of putting a smile on someone’s face or helping someone in need.

Being compassionate does more than increase feelings of well being. It also has the ability to transform feelings of insecurity, stress, and depression into pleasure and happiness for a person in need.
